Complete Beginner Lash Tech Training - IN PERSON

Want to chase your dreams of becoming a successful lash tech? Then you have come to the right place.

The ARO LASH 1:1 beginner training course requires NO previous experience.

Over 2 days you will receive in-depth training in the 3 major styles in the lash industry Classic, Hybrid and Volume. We will also cover lash mapping and styling for personalised sets and how to create sets such as Mega Volume, Angel Lash etc.

You will learn absolutely everything you need in order to be a fully qualified lash technician at the end of the training and be taught everything I have learnt over 7 years as a fully booked lash tech including resolving any issues that may arise and how to deal with client complaints etc.

You will receive 1 x Training Manual, 2 x Ebooks and have DIRECT CONTACT with me throughout the rest of your career once you have finished the course for any questions or queries you have and be invited to a PRIVATE facebook group for Aro Lash lash techs to support one another.

COURSE CURRICULUM:

DAY 1:

• Brief overview of course contents, course plans and welcome talk
• Run through of complete training manual including question and answers on everything taught - anatomy of eye, health and safety, all about lash products including lash curls and diameters, product knowledge like lash glue and how to correctly use it, primers, bonders and so much more.
• Run through of kit and explanation of all products
• Learn about tweezers and how to hold them correctly for best application and isolation
• Learn about isolation and how to isolate
• Learn about classic lash with correct direction and application tasks
• Work on mannequin head learning application and isolation
• Create a full set of classic lashes on model
• Learn infill and removal techniques

DAY 2:

• Learn how to make handmade fans for all styles of lashes
• Handmade fan tasks
• Learn fan application on mannequin head

• Learn about eye shapes and how to lash map and style to suit clients needs
• Create a full set of hybrids on a live model which can be a friend or family member, or I can supply a model for you
